David Lee Hubbard

Since 1998, Mr. Hubbard performed every job and function at a law firm. He was an employee of Waldrep Stewart & Kendrick, LLC, for 13 years where he worked in various capacities while attending the Birmingham School of Law, where he also served as Chaplain of the Sigma Delta Kappa, Legal Honor Society. Upon being licensed by the State of Alabama in 2009, he represented clients in a wide range of legal areas including, but not limited to, Municipal Law, Municipal Prosecutions, Probate, Landlord-Tenant, and Civil Litigation (Defense). Since 2009, he has been an active trial lawyer, handling various cases involving personal injury, criminal defense, and domestic relations, and in 2011 he formed Hubbard Law Firm, LLC where he could focus on developing primarily in the practice areas of Civil Litigation (Plaintiff), Domestic and Criminal law. Mr. Hubbard is married to the love of his life, Vivian (Melko) and they have three children together, Mirella, Juliana, and Isabella.

Education

Mr. Hubbard is a 2001 graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where he also lettered in football. In 2008, he earned his J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law.
